Firstly, you’ll need to decide which of our delicious sweets you want? Is there a particular type of sweet you crave? If so, you could buy an individual bar, pouch or bag. You may want an off-the-shelf pick and mix sweet mix, selection box, jar or hamper. Alternatively, you may want to put together your very own bespoke selection of sweets in your choice of format. If you are looking to buy sweets, it’s easy. Just click on the add to cart or buy button on any off the shelf individual sweet products or follow the simple instructions to create your own bespoke confectionery selection. You’ll simply need to select your sweets by hovering over the list and clicking on the ones you want.

We are always at the mercy of sweet manufacturers and distributors but we do our utmost to keep our website up to date in terms of live inventory. From time to time, products are discontinued or unavailable. Our sweet stocks can also can run out in real time with simultaneous orders coming through but we will always endeavour to find a comparable substitute confectionery from our huge stockpiles of confectionery we hold in the event a sweet is unavailable. If we don’t feel there is a comparable product and you have ordered a very specific item rather than a selection, we will be in touch.

When we do have to substitute sweets, we always ensure you receive value for money. If a product is crucial to your order and your absolute favourite, please do contact us before ordering or leave a note at checkout asking to be contacted.

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to our off-the-shelf sweets selections. Some of our pre-mixed confectionery selections change seasonally and according to supply levels as we are at the mercy of confectionery manufacturers and distributors so it is worth contacting us before ordering if there is a particular sweet you are craving. If you would like more or less of a certain sweet, you can also request this at checkout.

We have labelled all relevant products with allergens as specified by the confectionery manufacturers (e.g. WHEAT, DAIRY, SOYA). If you, or the recipient of your gift has an intolerance to any of these allergens, please do not purchase the confectionery product from our website if the confectionery does not meet dietary requirements.

If you have an allergy or intolerance to a particular ingredient or foodstuff, please do get in touch before ordering and we can advise on the best products. Please Note: Our vegan range is suitable for all vegetarian and halal customers.

We are more than happy to add a personalised gift note to any sweet order with a custom message (£2). You can find this option on our product pages. Simply write your message in the box provided and the gift note will be placed in your order.

If you notice a mistake with your address you must email us at hello@artfactory.co.uk to amend this immediately. After an hour, it is possible that your order has been fulfilled.

If you provide an incorrect address and the courier is unable to deliver, we will not be able to send out a replacement product. Please get in touch with us to arrange a solution. Please ensure the address you provide is correct before placing your order.

Likewise, if a carrier attempts delivery of a sweet order more than three times and you are not in to receive this, it could be returned to sender. At this point we will not be able to re send it free of charge. Please contact us in the event there is a problem with your delivery.

Payment must be made online at time of ordering. We use secure payment gateways.

Your order will be fulfilled within 48 hours Monday – Friday. Any orders made on Saturday / Sunday will be fulfilled on the next first working day. Delivery times vary based on your chosen delivery method. Please allow between 2-7 working days for your order to arrive, not including weekends or bank holidays for post.

We will provide updates and tracking information for your order. If you are outside of mainland England (e.g Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight etc.), please get in touch to obtain your tracking information and allow five working days for delivery.

We do not offer international shipping as a norm. If you are overseas, please get in touch to arrange a shipping quote and we will try to assist.
